Welcome to Pink Clover! We’re so happy you’re here and truly appreciate your support of our woman-owned small business. Every order is packed with care and attention to detail.
Processing Time
- Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Handmade, customized, vintage, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
- During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping
- Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
- Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Pink Clover is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or shipping provider issues.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Pink Clover is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Pink Clover is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. We are always happy to help however we can.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of many of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with you to make it right whenever possible.
Vintage & Handmade Items
Many Pink Clover items are handmade, vintage, refurbished, or one-of-a-kind. Small imperfections, variations, or signs of age may be present and are considered part of the item’s unique charm and character.
